At Vintage Not Fragile, each order is prepared especially for you. Here’s what you can expect after you click that lovely little “Place Order” button.

Free Shipping 💛

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

During especially busy times of year, including the holiday season, processing may take a little longer. If that happens, your order is still making its way through the process and we’ll get it moving as quickly as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Please remember that processing time and shipping time are separate. Most orders will therefore arrive approximately 5–10 business days after the order is placed.

During holidays and other high-volume shipping periods, delivery may take longer than usual.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey from us to you. 📬

Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after your shipping notification is sent.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Occasionally, packages may be delayed by carrier volume, weather, transportation issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Holiday shipping can be especially unpredictable, because apparently millions of packages all deciding to travel at once creates a bit of a traffic jam. 🎄📦
